The only condition for the return is that your returning products must be in pristine condition with all tags attached. As per Yours Clothing returns policy, any UK resident can return all or part of the online order within 28 days of receipt.

After 28 days, Yours Clothing will not refund the goods. In addition, the following items can’t be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customized Products
  • Pierced jwellery
  • Cosmetic Products
  • Antibacterial Face Masks
  • Soiled and Damaged Items

You can return your online order either in any of the Yours Clothing stores or can post them to the retailer. For returning your goods in the store, repack your goods in original packaging and then take them to any of your nearest Yours Clothing stores along with the original invoice or despatch confirmation email as proof of purchase. The store staff will process your return and will offer an exchange, gift card, or refund as per your desire.

For returning an online order by post, fill out the return form that comes with your delivery and then repack your goods. Include the filled return form inside your return package. Then visit the website and create your free return postage label. You can return your goods via a range of courier services like Hermes Parcel shop, TOYOU ASDA store, Royal Mail, and Collect Plus. After creating the return label of your choice, print it and attach it to the outer side of your package.

Now send the return parcel to the retailer via your preferred courier service. Yours Clothing also has printerless options. Moreover, it is to note that online purchases can be returned to any of the Yours Clothing stores but the store purchases must be returned to the store only.

In both store and online returns, the refund process will take up to 21 days. After 21 days, you will receive an email from the retailer that your return is processed and after the email, 3-5 more working days are required for the refund amount to appear in your bank account.
