AO.com offers a good returns policy to their customers with a minimal collection charge.  As per AO.com returns policy, customers can return unused items within 30 days by following these simple steps.  First call 01614701200 and then give the location to AO’s item picking service. The company’s driver will locate and collect the item from the given location.  This collection service will be charged depending on item size, e.g. for large items (washing machine, TV, cooker, fridge, freezer, oven) the charges will be £49.99, and for small items (kettle, toaster, air fryer, phone, laptop, iPad) the charges will be £24.99. 

Another option for returning unwanted items is to go to the web page of AO and then log in to My Account. AO will ask for some basic credentials like your login ID and your email address. After completing said steps, you have to select the Return order option and follow the instructions for sending back your items.

For returning small items, simply select any store by using My Account.  AO will send a label or QR code through email to the customer. After completion of the necessary dropping steps, the customer will receive a refund amount within 14 days. In case, if you are returning any faulty item, you will receive a partial refund. 

AO will refund standard delivery charges to their customer on cancelation of an order within 14 days.  Moreover, AO also gives a supplementary time limit to their Five Stars members. By availing of this scheme, a five-star member can return his item within 100 days.
