You can register a Costco complaint via several means. These means include phone, fax, email, and post.

Complain to Costco via Phone

The phone is the first means for resolving queries or registering a complaint with Costco. Just visit the Costco website and click the ‘customer care’ tab present on top of the homepage. After clicking, you will be redirected to a new webpage where you will find the contact us tab. Click this contact us tab and their phone number will appear on a page.

The lines are open from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm (Monday to Friday), from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm (Saturdays), and from 11:00 am to 03:00 pm (Sundays). On bank and other closed holidays, this facility is unavailable.

Complain to Costco via Fax

Complain to Costco via Email
