The first step to return the item is to contact ChicMe on its official site and then indicate the item that you want to return. 

After that mention your return reason along with the product picture.  After fulfilling these steps, the brand will send you an address and some return instructions, just follow them.  Then simply repack the item in its original packing.

The next step is dropping the package which you can drop at the nearest post office.
