YOOX returns policy is pretty straightforward. According to the policy, you can return your items within 14 days of the delivery date. All of the returning goods must be in immaculate condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. For each return, YOOX will deduct return shipping charges. Moreover, you can exchange your goods within 14 days for free (one-time only).
After 14 days, YOOX will not entertain any refund or exchange requests. In addition, the following items are final sales and therefore can’t be refunded or exchanged.

You can return your online order to YOOX via UPS. For returning your goods, fill out the online return form available on the YOOX website. Then repack your goods in original packing and affix the UPS form that comes with your order, with your return package. Also, fill out three copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that come with your order and put these in a transparent bag. Affix these three copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice to the outer side of your returning parcel. Then take your return box to any of your nearest UPS drop-off locations and retain postage proof until the final refund.
For exchanging an online order, you have to follow the same procedure. You will be deducted return shipping charges when you return your goods but in the case of an exchange, there is no fee. This is only a one-time wavier and if you exchange the same order for the second time then you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Generally, 3 to 7 business days are required to process your refund. Within 3 to 7 working days, the refund amount will appear in your account as per your original payment method.
