Reebok Returns Policy

Reebok offers a great returns policy for UK shoppers. According to Reebok returns policy, you can return any item bought from Reebok within 60 days of the delivery date either via post or to any of your nearest Reebok stores. However, if you have purchased your products from any other location like retailer or other online stores then you have to follow your seller’s return policy. You can also exchange your Reebok product for another size.

Though you can return a majority of the products but some products like customized or bespoke items can’t be returned unless faulty. It is important to note that all the returning items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact and the products must be in new / unused condition. If the products have any sign of use, then Reebok may not accept your return or may deduct your refund amount as per the diminished value of your returned product.

For returning your store purchases, take your returning goods along with a valid purchase proof to the store and the store staff will either refund or exchange (as per your desire) your products. You must return the products along with all original tags. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes with allied dust bags and other accessories.

And for initiating return of online product via post, simply visit the website and locate ‘Order History’. Then select the items you wish to return and enter reason of return. Then get your return label and repack your goods. Finally post it off and keep your postage proof safe until you receive the refund amount.

You can also order a home pick-up service. If you have purchased as a Guest User, then visit Reebok returns portal / Guest area and search for the order, you want to return. Select the products, you want to return and choose a return reason. Then repack and post the goods in a secure return package.  

After the arrival of your return parcel at the Reebok Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 07 days as per your original payment method. Once your refund or exchange is processed, you will be informed via email.

Your refund amount will appear in your bank account within 14 days. From receiving till crediting your refund amount, Reebok will update you of your return at every step via notification emails. Finally, if you have received a faulty product then inform Reebok customer service team as soon as possible. The customer support team will guide you about the necessary steps for processing your faulty product.

How to return Products to Reebok

Returning any unwanted product whether bought in-store or online to Reebok is quite easy. If you want to return any unwanted product or entire order then you have 60 days from the delivery date.
