Joules offers a considerate returns policy for its UK customers. According to Joules returns policy, you can return unwanted items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. As per policy, you can’t exchange your online order via post but can exchange in your nearest Joules store. Moreover, you can also return your online order in any of the Joules’ stores and any of your store purchases via post. Though a majority of the products can be returned but the following items can’t be returned due to due to health and hygiene reasons.
