Space NK offers an exciting returns policy for UK customers. According to Space NK returns policy, you can return any unwanted items within 28 days of the purchase date. As per Space NK returns policy, most of the items can be returned, but you have to send them back unopened and in their original packaging. Moreover, you can exchange the opened products for gift cards. Though a majority of the products are eligible for a refund but however the following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Now, post your return package via Royal Mail. You can return in-store purchases in Space NK stores for free. But orders purchased with PayPal and Klarna can’t be returned to the store and you must send them via post. It is to note that get photographs of your returning products before dispatching them.
