Costco offers free returns policy and even the wholesale retailer will credit return shipping charges along with your original refund to your account. You have 90 days from receipt of your order to return the goods. After 90 days of the receipt, no product except under-warranty items will be accepted for refund. The second option is sending back your items via post. For sending back your parcel via post, log in to your account and choose your order to be returned. Once you receive your return label, download it and then affix it with your return parcel. Finally, send it to Costco via a recorded courier service.
The last returning option is returning your goods via Costco Call Center. Just call Costco on 0800 0324 324 and tell them your name, Costco membership number (if applicable), order or item number, and your postcode. Costco will either send you a free prepaid return label or arrange a free pick-up.
In all of the above return options, the refund process will take up to 7-10 days. Within 7-10 days, the refund amount will appear in your account.
