Made.com offers a great returns policy for UK citizens. According to Made.com returns policy, you can return unwanted items within 14 days. Please note that all of the returning items must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Moreover, the items must not be assembled. If assembled, Made.com will not return the item.

In most instances, Made.com will collect your return parcel from your home. Till collection, take extra care of your return parcel. Once the parcel is collected from you, it will reach the warehouse within 72 hours. If you have cancelled your order within 14 days, then a fix amount of 30 pounds will apply as collection charges.

After day 15, if you wish to return your products then an independent inspection of the goods will be carried out at your home. And if the inspecting team deem the goods fit for resale, then they will collect the goods and will charge you a fee of 60 pounds in lieu of inspection and collection. The goods will be additionally checked at the warehouse and if they are okay then you will get a refund.

Once your return parcel is received at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected. You will get your refund within 3 to 10 working days depending upon your original payment method. For credit / debit card, the refund duration is 5 working days, for PayPal the duration is 3 working days, for Apple Pay it is 7 working days and for Klarna, then duration is 10 working days.
