Foot Locker Returns Policy

Foot Locker offers a comprehensive returns policy for its UK customers. You have to return the in-store purchases to the store only while online shopping can either be returned to any Foot Locker stores or can be posted to the footwear and sportswear retailer. There is no refund processing fee as all of the UK returns are free. However, you must repack the returning products in the original packaging and with all tags and labels attached. You can return all or part of your order within 28 days of delivery.

After 28 days, Foot Locker will not refund or exchange the goods. All of the products are eligible for a refund including gift items. But the returning goods must be unused with no conspicuous dirt marks. Always try the shoes indoors on a clean surface if you intend to return them.

For returning your goods in the store, repack your goods in original packaging and then take them to any of the Foot Locker stores along with a valid proof of purchase, for instance, your order receipt. At the store, the staff will process your refund or will exchange the goods as per your wish.

For returning an online order, you have to repack your goods in unused condition and in original packaging. Also, fill the return form that comes with your delivery note and place it in your return package. Finally, fill the UPS return label. The return label comes with your order or if you have lost the label, then create a new one on the website. Put the filled return label in a clear pouch and attach it with the package.

Finally, drop off the package at your nearest UPS point or order a home pick-up. Once your package is received at Foot Locker’s warehouse, your goods will be inspected. After inspection and subsequent approval, your refund will be processed.  Generally, the refund process will take up to 14 days so within 14 days; the refund amount will appear in your account.

How to return something to Foot Locker

You can return your online shopping either in any of the Foot Locker stores or can send them to the retailer via post. But in-store purchases are only returned in the stores. For returning items in any of the Foot Locker stores, repack the items in original packaging. Then take them to your nearest Foot Locker Store along with a valid proof of purchase.

And for returning your online shopping, fill the return form and place it inside your return package. Also, fill the UPS return label and attach it to the package in a clear pouch. Afterward, send the package to Foot Locker via UPS and you will receive the refund amount within 14 days.
