You can return any HMV products until 31st January 2022 for free. After 31st January 2022, there will be a returns shipping fee. As per HMV returns policy, you can return any unwanted products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in original condition. After 14 days, no products will be accepted for a return.

You can return your online purchases through 24/7 InPost Lockers. Returning goods with the InPost Lockers is completely free until 31st January 2022. For returning your unwanted goods, log in to HMV returns portal and complete the online returns process. After completing the process, you have to create your InPost returns label. After creating the label, print it.
Now, repack your unwanted online purchases in their original packaging and attach the return label to the return parcel. Finally, drop your package at the nearest InPost drop-off location. After dropping your parcel at the location, you will receive a confirmatory email containing your tracking reference.
With this tracking reference, you can easily track your parcel until final delivery. Once your goods arrive in the HMV’s warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. If you don’t receive your refund amount within 14 days then you need to contact the HMV customer support team immediately.

How to return something to HMV
You can return your unwanted online purchases to HMV via InPost Lockers. In case, you are up to a return then login to the returns portal of HMV and complete the online returns process. Then create and download your return label. Finally, repack your goods in original packaging securely and send them to the entertainment retailer via InPost Lockers.
After the arrival of your package at the warehouse, HMV will take 5 working days to credit your refund.
