Zara Returns Policy

Zara offers a flexible returns policy for UK shoppers. There is no returns fee and the return shipping charges are also paid by the retailer. For a return, your returning goods must be in unused condition. According to the Zara returns policy, you must return all or part of your online order within 30 days of the shipment date.

After 30 days, Zara will not entertain any refund request. Besides, the following items can’t be refunded or exchanged.

  • Swimwear with open hygiene strips
  • Men and Kids’ Underwear
  • Face Masks
  • Magazines and Packs
  • Spalding Basketball
  • Soiled and Damaged Products

You have the option to return your online shopping either in any of the Zara stores or can send them directly to the retailer. For returning your goods in the store, repack your goods and then take them to any of the Zara stores along with a valid proof of purchase. The store staff will initiate your return process and will brief you accordingly.

For returning your unwanted products via post, you have to repack your goods in original packaging. If you have lost the original packing then you can also use any suitable boxes to pack your goods. After packing, visit the Zara website and initiate a return request. After initiating the request, the customer services team of Zara will contact your back and will send you the return label.

Print the label, attach it to the return parcel, and send it to the retailer via the chosen courier service. Don’t forget to retain your postage proof until the final refund.

In both store and online returns, the refund process will take up to 14 days. Within 14 days, the refund amount will appear in your bank account. Zara will inform you via a confirmatory email, once your refund is processed.

How to return something to Zara

You can return your unwanted items to Zara either via stores or via post. For an in-store return, take your goods to any of the Zara in perfect condition and along with a valid proof of purchase.
