You can return any of the unwanted goods to Very without any extra charges. According to the Very returns policy, you can return unwanted items within 28 days of the purchase. However, your returning goods must be in original packaging and have all tags attached.

After 28 days, Very will not refund or exchange the goods. In addition, the following items can’t be returned.

  • Customized Products
  • Perishable Goods
  • Opened Audio and Video Recordings
  • Face Masks
  • Sealed products that are sealed due to health and hygiene reasons. However, you can return them if they are faulty

You can return your online order to the retailer via post. There are many return options. You can return either via CollectPlus, via Post Office, or can order a home collection. All of these returning options are free if you return goods within 28 days of the purchase.

Still, some items are to be sent directly to the suppliers. Some brands like Ann Summers require you to send their products directly to them. All such brands can be identified by logging into your account.
