Uniqlo offers a considerate returns policy for its UK customers. According to Uniqlo returns policy, there will be a fixed fee of 2.95 pounds (shipping fee) for each refund. You can send back your goods within 28 days of the delivery. Moreover, online purchases must be returned back via post while in-store purchases must be returned to the stores only.

Finally, repack your goods in original packaging and remember that your goods must be in a resalable condition. Now send the return package to Uniqlo and retain postage proof until the final refund.
Within 14 calendar days, your refund will be processed and the amount will appear in your account as per your original payment method. You will receive the full value of your returned goods minus 2.95 pounds (return label fee).
