SSense Returns Policy and Refunds

SSense offers an exciting returns policy for UK customers. According to the SSense returns policy, you can return any unwanted items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. As per SSense returns policy, most of the items can be returned, but you have to send them back unopened and in their original packaging. Moreover, you can’t exchange SSense orders. Therefore, if you want to exchange an item simply return the original item. And place a new order for the desired product.

Though a majority of the products are eligible for a refund but however the following items can’t be returned.

  • Face Masks
  • Intimate Garments, if unsealed
  • Candles
  • Pressurized Canned Products
  • Dangerous Goods
  • Products marked as Final Sale

In addition to the above-mentioned items, all other products are eligible for return. If you want to return something you bought from the SSense website, then visit the official website of SSense and request a return authorization (RA).

For return authorization, you have to contact the customer service team of SSense. They will send you return authorization via email. After getting RA, repack your goods securely and choose a tracked courier service for sending back your return package.

Once your return package arrives at the SSense Warehouse, your goods will be inspected and after the approval, your return will be processed within 5 working days. You will get the refund amount according to your original payment method.
