SilkFred offers an easy returns policy for its UK customers. According to SilkFred returns policy, you have total 28 days from the date of receipt of your order for returning any unwanted products. You have to inform SilkFred about your return intention within first 14 days of receiving your products. Then you will have 14 more days for physically returning your products. Moreover, almost every product can be returned, but returning products must be in a re-saleable condition with all original tags attached.

For initiating a return, visit your SilkFred Account and locate My Orders section. Then click Return and complete the whole process. Create your return label and print it. After getting your returns label, repack your returning products and send it back to SilkFred via your chosen carrier service.
Always keep the postage proof with yourself until you get your refund amount. It is important to note that SilkFred will deduct 1.99 pounds per parcel from your refund amount. If you are returning shoes then don’t mark original shoebox with any postage stamp. Rather put your original shoebox in a larger box and affix the returns label on the larger box.
After receiving your parcel, SilkFred will process your refund. You will get your refund amount within 10 working days as per your original payment method. SilkFred will send you a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
