Reiss Returns Policy

Reiss offers a flexible returns policy for UK customers. According to Reiss returns policy, you can return a majority of the products within 28 days of the receipt. As per policy, a majority of the products can be returned but, however, the following items can’t be returned.

  • Pierced Jewelry with broken seals
  • Swimwear & Underwear with open hygiene seals
  • Soiled or Used Products
  • Fragrance with opened or damaged packaging

For returning your unwanted products purchased from store, place all your returning items in their original packing. The returning products must have all security / safety tags intact. Now, visit your nearest Reiss store and the store staff will process your refund.  You can also visit your nearest Next store for returning your in-store Reiss purchases. If you intend to return your in-store purchases then you must inform Reiss within 14 days of receiving the order and then return the products within next 14 days. Moreover, you can’t return the products in the department stores, concessions, airports and Reiss franchises.

And for returning your online order, you will also need to inform Reiss within 14 days of receiving the order. Then you must return the unwanted products within next 14 days. For returning online order, you have two options, either return the products in a Reiss or Next store or return via courier. Returning in the store is completely free while returning via courier will cost you 1.95 per parcel that will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For returning your unwanted products purchased online, place all your returning items in their original packing. The returning products must have all security / safety tags intact. It is to note that you can’t return the unwanted products in the department stores, concessions, airports and Reiss franchises.  

And if you want to return your products via courier then repack your unwanted products securely. Now peel off your returns label from your original dispatch note. Affix the returns label on the outer side of your return parcel. Finally, take your return package to your nearest Evri location and post it off. Once your return parcel is received at Reiss Returns Center, your refund will be processed within 07 days.

How to return Products to Reiss

If you want to return unwanted products purchased in-store to Reiss, then inform Reiss within 14 days and then put your items in their original packing. Now, visit your nearest Reiss or Next store for returning your items. You must return your items within 14 days of informing Reiss about your intention of return.

You can either return your online order in any of the Reiss or Next store or can return via courier. For returning in-store, follow the above-mentioned method. And for returning via courier, repack your goods and fill the returns label that comes with your original dispatch note. Now peel it off and affix on your return parcel and head towards Evri location. You will receive your refund amount within 07 days, once your goods arrive at the Reiss Return Center.
