Complete the process mentioned in the returns portal and take your return parcel to the nearest UPS drop-off location. Like Evri, you can also order a home pick-up.
You can use the above-mentioned courier services for sending back standard products but if you are returning dangerous goods like nail polish, certain perfumes, nail polish removers, and pressurised spray cans then you must use secure packing. Moreover, a visible dangerous mark must also be displayed on such a box.
The rest of the return process for dangerous products is the same. Once your package arrives at the warehouse, your refund amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.
