You can return your unwanted products to Public Desire as the brand offers free returns for UK customers. Even the return shipping charges are also paid by the brand. However, Public Desire offers refund only and you can’t exchange your goods. You can return unwanted goods within 60 days of receipt.

After 60 days, your goods will not be eligible for a refund. According to the policy, a majority of Public Desire products can be returned but however, the following products are exceptions to this great Public desire returns policy.

  • Damaged or Worn Goods
  • Intimate clothing like Socks and Underwear unless
  • Face Masks
  • Sale Items

For returning your goods, simply repack your unwanted items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Then create your free returns label by visiting the Royal Mail website. You will also find a link to the same on the Public Desire website. After creating the label, print it and affix it with the return parcel. All the returning items must be in their original condition with no conspicuous marks.

Now take your parcel to your nearest post office and send it to Public Desire. And remember to retain the postage proof until the final refund. After the arrival of your parcel at Public Desire, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and it will require 5 more working days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Once your goods arrive at Public Desire, they will be inspected. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. After 10 working days, 5 more days are required to credit your refund amount to your original payment method. If you didn’t receive your refund after 15 days of sending your parcel then you must contact the customer services team of Public Desire.
