The only condition for accepting the returns is that your goods must be unused and in a resalable condition. Moreover, the seals and tags must be intact. If you are returning the full order then you must inform Bravissimo within 14 days of the purchase via call, live chat, or email, and then you should send your return parcel within 60 days of the purchase.

In both store and online returns, your refund will be processed within 10 days after arrival of your parcel in the warehouse. You will be informed via email notification when your refund is processed.
