MandM offers a great returns policy for UK shoppers. According to MandM returns policy, you can return any unwanted item within 28 days of the receipt of your goods. Unfortunately, MandM doesn’t offer exchanges. Moreover, all returning items must be in a resaleable condition with all tags attached.

Finally create your returns label and if you have no printer at home then download the QR code. Then repack your returning items securely and take the return parcel to the nearest Evri location.
After receiving your package, they will print the label for you. You have to pay a fee of 2.99 pounds for the Evri returns label. But if you have purchased a pre-paid Evri returns label while checking out with your order then it will cost you 2.49 pounds. It is to note that while purchasing the pre-paid returns label, you can use the returns label for only that order.
However, if you are returning faulty items then MandM will also refund the return shipping charges. It is advised to keep the postage proof until you get your refund amount. Once your package arrives at the warehouse, your refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days. After processing your refund, you will receive an email from MandM confirming the same.

If you want to send back your unwanted products to MandM then you have to complete the online return process. Then repack your goods and head towards your nearest Evri collection point. Once your goods arrive at the retailer’s warehouse, you will receive a confirmatory email. Usually, MandM takes a maximum of 7 business days for crediting your refund amount to your account.
