All Saints offers free returns policy for its UK shoppers. Even you will not need to pay your return shipping charges if your order doesn’t contain any fragrance product. But if you are returning a fragrance product then the return shipping charges are your responsibility. Moreover, you must return your products in unused condition and in original packaging. Then apply the Freepost return label to the front of your return parcel. Now send the return parcel to All Saints and retain your postage proof. If your order doesn’t include a fragrance product then there are no return shipping charges.
But if you have to return a fragrance product then you will need to contact the customer support team of All Saints and in this case, you have to pay the return shipping charges. Once your parcel arrives at one of their distribution centers then your goods will be inspected. If approved for a refund then within 5-10 working days, the refund amount will appear in your account.
