Superdrug offers free returns policy for its UK customers. Even you will not need to pay your return shipping charges as Superdrug offers free return post labels. However, your returning goods must be unused and in original packaging. As per Superdrug returns policy, you can return all or part of your order within 28 days of receipt.

After 28 days, Superdrug will not refund or exchange the goods. Besides, the following items can’t be refunded or exchanged.

• Customized Products
• Perishable Goods
• Medicines
• Face Masks
• Sealed products that are sealed due to health and hygiene reasons. However, you can return them if they are faulty

You can return your order either in any of the Superdrug stores or can send them directly to the retailer. For returning your goods in the store, repack your goods in original packaging and then take them to any of the Superdrug stores along with your return summary and payment card. You can download the return summary from the order history section of your Superdrug account.

For returning an online order, you have to repack your goods in original packaging and then print out your Freepost return label from the Royal Mail website. Now send the return parcel to Superdrug.

In both store and online returns, the refund process will take up to 5 working days. Within 5 working days, the refund amount will appear in your account. Superdrug will send you an email notification when your refund is processed.

How to return something to Superdrug

You can return your goods in any of the Superdrug stores or can send them to the retailer via post. For returning items in any of the Superdrug stores, repack the items in original packaging. Then take them to your nearest Superdrug Store along with a return summary and payment card.

And for returning your online Superdrug order, repack them carefully and then send them to the retailer via Royal Mail using the Freepost return label. In both cases, the refund amount will appear in your bank account within 5 working days.
