Start Fitness offers a great returns policy for UK customers. According to Start Fitness returns policy, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of the receipt date. As per Start Fitness returns policy, most of the items can be returned, but you have to send them back unopened and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Moreover, you can also exchange your product for another size.
Though a majority of the products are eligible for a refund but however the following items can’t be returned.
- Intimate Garments, if unsealed
- B-grade Products
- Personalized Items
- Products marked as Final Sale
In addition to the above-mentioned items, all other products are eligible for return. If you want to return something you bought from Start Fitness then fill out the form that comes with your order.
If you want an exchange then write your desired sizes and if you want a refund then tick the refund box. After filling out the form, repack your goods securely and choose a tracked and insured courier service for sending back your return package.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer as Start Fitness does not offer free returns. Once your return package arrives at the Start Fitness Warehouse, your goods will be inspected and after the approval, your return will be processed within 10 working days. You will get the refund amount according to your original payment method. You will also receive an email notifying you that your goods arrived at the warehouse.
