You must return cylinders and accessories unused and in its unbroken original packaging. However, Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused. For returning your product, repack your goods securely and choose a tracked courier service. It is to be noted that return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Always keep the return postage proof until you get the final refund amount.
Once your returned product arrives at the SodaStream Warehouse, your goods will be inspected and after the approval, your return will be processed. You will receive your refund amount as per your original payment method. If you paid by card then you will be refunded on the same card.
