Simply Be offers a considerate returns policy for UK customers. According to Simply Be returns policy, you can return most items within 28 days. However, the returning items must be in new and unused condition with all necessary tags attached. If your return package arrives after 28 days then Simply Be can return your product back to you or are may deduct some amount.

After your return parcel arrives at Simply Be warehouse, your return will be processed. Usually, it takes 10 days to process your return. After processing, your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 working days as per your original payment method.
