Sigma Sports offers a considerate returns policy for UK customers. According to Sigma Sports returns policy, you can return any unwanted item within 90 days from the purchase date. However, you must return the products in the original packaging and in unused condition. Additional charges for bikes or bike boxes are £35, indoor bikes are £100, and turbo trainers, trainer mats, wheels, work stands and any item (excluding previously mentioned) over 61cm L x 46cm W x 46cm Dimensions are £15. You will not pay these amounts if you are returning a faulty or incorrect item.
Once your return package arrives at the Sigma Sports warehouse, your refund will be processed and your refund amount will appear in your bank account as per your original payment method. It is to note that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Body Geometry Saddles. This guarantee only applies on in-store purchases (excluding Esher Reserve & Collection Points).
If you are not satisfied with your saddle, simply take the saddle to one of Sigma Stores along with valid purchase proof and original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. The Saddle must be in good condition and the store staff will give a credit towards a new Specialized saddle. This guarantee is not for Specialized Mirror Saddle Range.
