Rydale offers a considerate returns policy for UK customers. According to Rydale returns policy, you can return any unwanted items within 28 days of the delivery date. As per Rydale returns policy, most of the items can be returned, but you have to send them back in their original packaging with all of the tags intact. Moreover, soiled or used products can’t be refunded and will be returned back to you.
Unfortunately, you can’t exchange your product for another item. If you want an exchange, simply place a new order and send back the product for a refund. After completing the online return formalities, repack your goods securely and attach the prepaid return label to the front side of your return parcel.
Now, post your return package as per your chosen courier. It is to be noted that return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. In the case of Royal Mail, an amount of 2.5 pounds will be deducted from your final refund amount in lieu of return shipping charges.
Once your return package arrives at the Rydale Warehouse, your goods will be inspected and after the approval, your return will be processed. You will receive your refund amount as per your original payment method.
