Roman Originals offers an easy returns policy for its UK customers. According to Roman Originals returns policy, you have 60 days for returning unwanted items purchased online while you can return in-store purchases within 30 days of the date printed on your dispatch note. Moreover, you can also exchange products for a different size or color.
However, the returning items must be in original / resaleable condition with all tags intact. If any product is worn or is without original tags then such product can’t be returned. In addition, following products also can’t be returned for refund or exchange.

For initiating return of in-store purchases, simply visit any of the Roman Originals stores along with your returning products and a valid purchase proof. The store staff will either exchange your products or will refund the full value of your returned goods on a gift card. It is to note that you can’t return products purchased from Roman retail stores, concessions, or third-party retailers to standard Roman Stores. You can also return your online order to Roman stores located across the UK as per the above-described method. But for returning online purchases, you have 60 days deadline while for returning store orders, you have 30 days. Other method of returning online order is returning via post.
The online orders are of two types – paperless and those arrive with dispatch note. For returning paperless orders, you will not need any printer. For returning a paperless order, just visit Roman returns portal and provide your order reference number, email or postcode. Then complete the online procedure and repack the goods. Now, visit your nearest post office for sending your return parcel to Roman.
And for returning an online order that comes with dispatch note, there is always a pre-paid return label included. For returning such orders, just repackage your returning items securely. Complete your returns information and place the completed return note in the parcel. Now, affix the pre-paid returns label on outer side of your return parcel and post it to Roman Originals.
Always keep the postage proof with yourself until you get your refund amount. It is important to note that there is no return charges as Roman Originals offer pre-paid return label but Roman Originals will deduct 3 pounds per order from your final refund amount. This fee deduction does not apply to faulty items or in-store returns / exchanges.

How to return Products to Roman Originals
If you want to send back any unwanted item to Roman Originals then visit your nearest Roman Originals store with returning goods and valid purchase proof. The store staff will either process your refund or offer exchange as per your desire. Roman stores don’t offer cash refunds and will reimburse your amount on a gift card.
For returning your online order via post, carefully repack your return package and send it to Roman Originals. Once your return package arrives at the Roman warehouse, your refund amount will be processed as per your original payment method within 14 days. If you have not received your refund amount within 15 business days of your package arrival at the warehouse, then you can contact the Roman Customer Support team.
