Rapha offers a free returns policy for UK citizens. According to Rapha returns policy, a majority of the products bought online can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your products. Unfortunately, you can’t exchange Rapha products bought from Rapha website. If you want an exchange then simply return your unwanted product for refund and place a new order.
The returning items must be in perfect re-saleable condition with all tags attached. If the returning product is not a saleable condition, then Rapha reserves the right to decline your refund and return back the items to you. If you want to return any unwanted item to Rapha, then you have to start the online return formalities by visiting your Rapha account. Just visit your order history section of your Rapha account. Select the appropriate order and click the ‘start a return’ tab.
Then you have to complete the process using Rapha returns portal. You will need to create your free pre-paid return label. After that, carefully repack your return items and send them to Rapha by visiting your nearest drop-off location.
After receipt of your return parcel at the warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 days. Your return will be processed as per your original payment method and after your return has been processed, Rapha will send you a confirmation email.
You can also use a courier of your choice for returning your products. But in such case, you have to bear return shipping charges and also Rapha will not be responsible for any in-transit loss of damage to your goods. Rapha advises to acquire your postage proof and retain it until you receive your refund amount.

After you complete your online process and get your free pre-paid return label, carefully pack your package and stick your free pre-paid returns label on it. After that, you can post your return parcel to Rapha. When your return package arrives at the Rapha facility, you’ll get an email. And after the email, your return will be processed within 10 days.
