Kitbag offers free returns for UK customers. According to the Kitbag returns policy, if you return your unwanted products within 14 days of the purchase then the sports retailer will also return the original delivery charges. However, you can return any unused product within 365 days of your order despatch date. In this instance, only the amount of your product will be refunded.
After 365 days, Kitbag will not entertain any refund request. In addition, the following products can’t be returned to the retailer.

For returning your online purchases, you have to send them back via mail. If you want to initiate your return then look for your order number and postal code in your order confirmation email. Once you get your order number and postal code then login to Kitbag returns portal.
Follow the online returns process step by step and at the end, a return label will be generated. Take a print of this label and repack your returning goods in their original packaging. Finally, affix the label on the outer side of the box and send the return package to Kitbag via your selected courier service.
After the arrival of your package at the warehouse, your goods will go through an inspection phase. Once the return is approved then your return will be processed within 14 working days. You will get a confirmatory email and your refund amount will be paid back by Kitbag according to your original payment method.

You can return your online order to Kitbag via post. If you have changed your mind then you have 365 days for returning your online shopping to the global sports retailer and the retailer will refund the whole price of your goods.
