Game Returns Policy

Game offers a comprehensive returns policy for its UK customers. Game returns policy is of two types, the first one is for online purchases and the second one is for in-store purchases. Almost all of the products can be returned but they must be unused and in original packaging. However, the following items can’t be returned as per the Game returns policy.

  • Customized Products
  • Products that are mixed inseparably
  • Gift cards
  • Incomplete product i.e., when an integral part or parts of the returning product is missing
  • Pokémon Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned once opened

All online purchases must be returned to the Game via post within 28 days of the delivery. If you want to return your online order then simply make sure that your returning product(s) are sealed and in a resalable condition. Afterward, you must include valid proof of purchase and a return form in your return parcel. You can complete and then download your online returns form from the website. Remember to obtain the postage proof after sending your return parcel to the Game refund department via a recorded courier service.

For returning in-store orders, you have to repack your goods in original packaging and make sure that your products are unused and sealed. Now take your return goods to either original or your nearest Game store with valid proof of purchase. It is pertinent to mention that online orders must be sent back to the gaming retailer while in-store purchases must be returned in the store.

In both online and online returns, the refund process will take up to 14 working days. Within 14 working days, the refund amount will appear in your account. If your product is damaged then an appropriate amount will be deducted from your final refund.
