Airydress offers a free return on its first order. However, upon returning Airydress products for the second time, you will be charged a nominal returns fee in addition to return shipping charges. Airydress returns policy is also easy and simple. You can return all or part of your order within 14 days of the delivery.
After 14 days, you cannot claim any return. Though a majority of Airydress products can be returned or exchanged but however, the following items are an exception.
- Lingerie and Sleepwear
- Swimwear and Other intimate garments
- Jewelry and Accessories
- Face Masks
- Plus size bras, panty sets, panties, sexy lingerie, and bralettes
- Washed, worn, damaged, or altered products
As Airydress is an e-commerce company so you have to return its products to its warehouses only. Airydress doesn’t offer any in-shop return or exchange. For returning your order, log in to your Airydress account and locate the order you want to return.
You can either return your whole order or can return some specific products only. After choosing your returning order or products, complete the returns process online and then print your ‘returns label’.
Now, repack your goods in original packaging and affix your returns label to the parcel. Then post it to Airydress and retain your postage proof until your refund shows up in your account.
Generally, the refund process will take up to a week after the arrival of your parcel in one of the Airydress Warehouses. Airydress prepaid returns prepaid label charges will be deducted from your final refund and if you are returning for a second time then a nominal return fee will also be deducted. Moreover, original shipping charges and taxes if any will not be paid by the company. Finally, Airydress will send you an email notification when your refund is processed.

Make sure that your returning item is unused and in a resalable condition. Now, simply visit the Airydress website and log in to your account. After logging in, initiate and complete the online return process. After completing the process, print out your prepaid returns label and affix it to your returning parcel. Remember to post your returning parcel via a trackable courier service.
After the arrival of your parcel at the warehouse, Airydress will process your refund within a week. You will get an email notification from the company that your refund is processed and credited to your account.
