Wilko offers free returns policy and you can return your order even without a return receipt. However, you have to provide valid proof of purchase while returning the order. Besides, you have also to pay your return shipping charges unless your returning goods are faulty. According to Wilko returns policy, the return time-frame for both normal and faulty products is the same i.e., 28 days of the purchase.
In case of returning a faulty product, Wilko will also pay return shipping charges in addition to a full refund. You can return your order within 28 days of the purchase. After 28 days, Wilko will not refund or exchange the goods. Besides, the following items can’t be refunded or exchanged.

And if you have ordered online and paid in the store then you can also return such orders in the store.
For returning an online order, you have to repack them and Wilko will collect the package from you via its delivery partners.
In both store and online returns, the refund process will take 5 to 7 working days. Within 5 to 7 working days, the refund amount will appear in your account.
