Size offers a convenient returns policy for UK customers. According to Size returns policy, you can return any unwanted product within 28 days if you have made the purchase via Size website or app. And if you have purchased via Size launches app, then you will have only 14 days for returning such items. Remember that all of the returning items must be in new like condition with all original tags intact.
According to Size returns policy, you can also return your online purchases in any of your nearest Size stores for free. For returning your unwanted products in the store, just visit your nearest Size Store along with your unwanted products and a valid purchase proof.
However, if you want to return your products via post then visit Size returns portal and complete the online procedure. After completing the online return procedure, you can return your products either via Asda to you, or Evri, or via InPost Lockers.
If you are using Asda to you then you will pay 2.5 pounds per return parcel and your return package will arrive within 4 to 7 days. Similarly, if you have chosen Evri, then you will need to pay 2 pounds per return package and 4 to 7 days will be needed for your return parcel to arrive at the Size Warehouse.
Finally, you have to pay 2.5 pounds per parcel if you are returning your unwanted products via InPost lockers. And 5 to 8 days will be needed for your parcel to arrive at the Size Warehouse via InPost Lockers.
Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse, your return will be processed. Size will need 14 days to process your return and it will take 3 to 5 more days for your refund amount to appear in your account. If you have purchased in the store and want to return such products. Then simply visit Size store along with your products and purchase proof. The returning products must be in their original packaging with original tags attached.
Size Christmas Returns Policy
For the festive season, Size has relaxed its returns policy. If you have purchased from 1st November, 2023 then you can return such products up until 22nd January, 2024. However, all other return terms and conditions apply and the returning products must be accompanied with valid purchase proof.
However, Size will be unable to process refund in the stores from 26th to 28th December, 2023. Moreover, the extended return policy is not applicable on products purchased via Size launches app as these products must be returned within 14 days.
