You have 60 days from the delivery date to send back your products for a store credit or refund.

You can return an online order via post but before sending the goods, you have to visit the Ryderwear website along with the order number and email address. After visiting, locate its returns portal. Log in to the portal and complete the return process. After completing the process, a pre-paid return label will be created. Print out the label and then repack your goods.

Attach the label to the outer side of your return parcel and then send it to Ryderwear. The cost of your pre-paid return label (3.99 pounds) will be deducted from your final refund amount. Generally, the brand will take up to 14 business days to refund your amount, once they receive your return package.
