Quiz offers free returns policy for its UK shoppers. Along with a full refund, the fashion and lifestyle retailer will also reimburse your original shipping charges (the standard delivery charge will be reimbursed if you have opted for a special delivery). According to Quiz return policy, you send back all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt and you must cancel the order either via email or letter before sending back your goods.

All the returning goods must be in resalable condition with all necessary tags still attached. A majority of the products can be returned but there are some exceptions. The items which can’t be returned due to health and hygiene reasons are clearly marked as ‘non-returnable’ on the product page.

For returning unwanted goods via post, you have 14 days from the date of the order’s receipt. For sending back the goods via post, fill out the return note that comes with your delivery. Select the reason for the return and place the return note inside your return package. Now send the return parcel to Quiz via a recorded courier service and retain postage proof until the final refund.

After receiving your return package, the retailer will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive your money as per your original payment method.

How to return something to Quiz

You can return your unwanted items in any of the Quiz standalone stores within 28 days of the purchase. Alternatively, you can also send the products to the retailer via post.
