But if you are returning sale items or outlet products then you have to return them within 14 days. Moreover, you can also return online order in the Monsoon store (some exceptions apply) but you have to return in-store purchases in the store only. Furthermore, products bought from retailers must be returned back to the concerned retailer.

Similarly, the following items must be returned by post as the stores can’t process return of these items.

After the arrival of your return package at Monsoon warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 days. However, in busier times the refund may take 14 days. If you have paid with an eGift Card then you will receive a new eGift Card of the value of your returned products. Monsoon accept a majority of the products for refund but the following products are considered as final sale and therefore they can’t be returned.
