According to Avon returns policy, you can return any unwanted item within 28 days of the delivery. Besides, you can cancel your Avon order within 14 days of placing the order. All of your returning goods must be in unused condition. Avon offers free returns for its UK customers.

Though many of the Avon products are accepted for a refund but certain health and hygiene products can’t be returned if their seal is open. Moreover, some products come with special instructions and you must follow them, in case you are returning such products.

Avon doesn’t charge you return shipping charges as returning unwanted items is free of cost. You can return your order either via Evri Courier or Evri parcel shop. For returning your goods, visit the Avon website and download your returns form. Now fill it and repack your unwanted goods. Place your returns form in the return parcel and send the parcel either via Evri courier or Evri parcel shop.

If you haven’t a printer then simply take a piece of paper and write down the following details.

  • Name
  • Contact phone number
  • Order ID
  • Product Description and number of units
  • Reason code (1=Damaged, 2=Dissatisfied, 3=Wrong size, 4=Value for money, 5=Other)

Now, place this piece of paper in the parcel and send the parcel to Avon via Evri. Once your parcel arrives at the Avon warehouse, you will get your refund within 14 days.

How to return something to Avon

You can return your goods to Avon within 28 days of the delivery. For initiating a return, download and then fill out your returns form from the website. Then repack your goods and place the returns form within it. Now, send the parcel via Evri either via its courier service or via its parcel shop.

Returning from within the UK is free of cost and usually, your refund amount appears in your bank statement within 14 days.
